It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Pugh of Blackshear, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Luther and Lucille Emma Townsend O'Neal. She is survived by: her children, Kim Manning of Screven, Michael Smith (Pauline Jenkins) of Cumming, GA and Jeff Smith of Talking Rock, GA; her brothers, James O'Neal (Marjorie) of Bremen, Ronald O'Neal (Janice) of Temple, GA and Danny O'Neal of Bremen, GA; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Brooks (Matt), Brittany Smith (Michael Southern), Tyler Smith (Krystal), Mekayla Manning (Tyler Turner) and Devan Manning. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
