She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace H. Brooks and Estelle Francis Wilson Brooks; her husband Ronald Lloyd Sapp; and her grandchildren, Skyler Crews, Megan Kauffman and Corrie Kauffman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Kauffman of Blackshear and Tammy Anderson of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Kaylyn Price of Blackshear, Ciera Moseley (Josh) of Blackshear, Lindsey Smith (Caleb) of Blackshear, Nikki Allen of Blackshear and Sean Kauffman of Blackshear; and her siblings, Sylvia Nell Fontaine of Suches, GA, Charles Brooks of Blackshear and Jackie Brooks of Blackshear. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
