She was predeceased by: her parents, Hester'Savilla Crosby (Chancey) and Robert'Lester'Crosby of Offerman; and her siblings, Nita Weir, Annette Sikes, Eddie Crosby, Joe Crosby, Sarah'Lil'Thrift and Ronnie Crosby.
She is survived by: her children, David Harry Payne (Lori) of Nahunta and Amanda Carol Payne Smith (Mac) of Waycross; her husband Donald Payne of Blackshear; her son R. Ashley Payne of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Maggie Payne, Hannah Strickland, Amber Strickland, Evan Payne, Abby Payne, Lily Payne, Emersyn Payne, Taylor Smith, Daisy Thigpen and Ranson Thigpen; and her sisters, Marie Andersen of Blackshear and Billie Cornelius (Don) of Nashville.
