She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Melvin Self and Eunice Hawkins Self; her sons, Vince and Steve White; and her brothers, James Self, Ernest Self, Andrew Self and Edward Self.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jasper Joel Self (Juanita) and Mary Johnson of Lakeland, FL.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
