He is survived by: his wife Sheelia Merritt Woodard of Blackshear; his children, Teri DiBiase (Marc) of Blackshear, Patty Johnson (Leon) of Blackshear, Christie Wilson (Clay Dowda) of Waycross, Farrah Barber (Billy) of Jesup and Lester "Bubba" Woodard of Blackshear; his siblings, Oveida Melton of Blackshear, Mable Daughtery of Starke, FL, Harvey Woodard of Waycross and Alvin Woodard of Blackshear; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Strickland, Will Strickland (Karlee), Wade DiBiase, Tyler Tanner, Leland Johnson, Gracie Johnson, Taylor Wilson, Ashlyn Woodard, Cedes Woodard, Mallory Soto and Nevaeh Woodard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
