He is survived by: his wife Joyce Faulk of Blackshear; his sons, Tyler Faulk (Cassandra) of Fernandina Beach and Stacey Faulk of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Laban, Ty and Jade; his sister-in-law Lillian Faulk; and his cousins, Donald Lott, Teddy Lott, Steve and Dena Holton.
