He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Zeak, Audrey Vernell Steedley, Fluker Leon Foskey and Doris Veneta Dykes. He is survived by: his wife Christi Carter Jones Foskey of Blackshear; his children, Karrigan Foskey of Atlanta, Ethan Foskey of Cochran and Gavin Foskey of Cochran; his stepchildren, Calli Ann Jones of Blackshear, Carter Jones of Patterson and Caleb Jones (Chelsea) of Patterson; his parents, Tom Foskey and Tanya Steedley Foskey of Alma; his father-in-law Terry Carter of Blackshear; his brother-in-law Art Carter of Atlanta; and his stepgranddaughter Collins Kelly Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
