With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katie Goble of Blackshear, Georgia, who passed away on November 11, 2020 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Katie Goble to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Manders and Beula West Manders; her husband Fletcher L. Goble; her children, Jackie Lamar Goble and Peggy Jane Goble; her great grandchild Mattie Elizabeth Goble; her siblings, Earl Manders, James Manders, Ray Manders, Paul Manders, Eugene Manders, Bernice Murray, Vera Ruth Norman and Eula Mae Miller; and her son-in-law Roy Murphy Sapp.
She is survived by: her daughter Margie Sapp of Patterson; her siblings, Eunice Pittman of Indian Head, MD, Lucy Rodriguez of San Diego, CA, Katherine Norman of St. George, Susie Kurtz of Valdosta, Annette Manders of Marietta, Cecil Manders (Norma Jean) of Blackshear and Johnnie Manders (Vernell) of Waycross; her grandchildren, David Mark Sapp, Marsha "Peanut" Towers (Kris), Scott Sapp (Jennifer), Gi Gi Goble, Rob Goble (Tina), Cindy Hartley (Eric), Amber Dyer (Eric) and Alissa Martin (Eric); her great grandchildren, Kristopher Murphy Towers, Kaitlyn Towers, Kristen Towers, Austin S. Smith, Brett Matthew Sapp, Allyson Sapp, Millie Goble, Tate Goble, Hayli Sellers (Tyler), Zoie Dyer, Kadon Dyer and Payne Tillman; and her great great grandchildren, Jo Jo Sellers and Mila Sellers. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Mattie's Mission, P.O. Box 2211, Waycross, GA 31502, Due to COVID-19, and social distancing it is recommended that face masks be worn.
