She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Arlis and Lenora Irene Smith Slack; her husband Allison Wade "Al" McDuffie; her granddaughter Bonita Gail Dial; and her siblings, Wilma Lee Rogers, Wilburn Slack and Delbert Ray Slack.
She is survived by: her daughter Dana Dial; her close friend Darlene Howell of Blackshear; her sons, Jimmy (Wanda McDuffie) of Blackshear, Gary (Brenda McDuffie) of Blackshear and Terry McDuffie of Blackshear; her brother Edwin Monroe Slack (Sandy) of Lakeland, FL; her grandchildren, Caleb McDuffie (Kadie), Sam McDuffie (Clint Easton), Amanda Womack (Keith), Tanya Roberson (Phillip), Michael McDuffie (Brittany), Garrett McDuffie (Kayla Peterson), Anthony Howell (Nikki), Tracey Stone, Alisha Mixon (Jamie), Ashlee McDuffie and Cheyenne McDuffie (Christian Peacock); and her close friend Walkerville Baptist Church. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; 1 great, great grandchild.
