She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Winston and Vesta Iona Combs Anderson; her husband Victor Vernon Winn, Sr.; and her son Victor Vernon "Vic" Winn, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Winn of Blackshear and Casey Winn of Blackshear; her grandson Jarvis (Crystal Winn) of Blackshear; her great grandchildren, Brooklynn and Elise; and her daughter Karen Herndon of Blackshear. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
