Tolbert of Blackshear; and his siblings, Donna English of Texas, Joseph Still (Viriginia) of Blackshear, Raymond Tolbert (Tammy) of Blackshear and Ricky Tolbert (Gina) of Blackshear. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
