With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Norman of Blackshear, Georgia, born in Screven, Georgia, who passed away on December 23, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Farley Lamar Norman and Essie Mae Aspinwall Thomas; his wife Evelyn Marie Melton Norman; his great grandchild Emory Pierce Norman; his siblings, Gracie Turner, Betty Jean Salazar, Grady Norman and Buddy Norman; and his half-brother Talmadge Norman.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Evener of Blackshear and Gary Floyd; his daughter-in-law Paula Norman of Blackshear; his half-sisters, Wanda Westberry of Blackshear and Barbara Watson of Blackshear; his brother Robbie Norman of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Hank Norman, Hunter Norman (Tiffany), Cheyenne Barber, Shelly Dixon (Kenny), Amber Strickland and Kayla Strickland (Brian Harbuck); and his great grandchildren, Emilie Strickland, Edward Strickland, Isaiah Scott, Bailie Scott, Alyssa Strickland, Zeb Norman, Levi Norman, Remington Norman and Kingsley Norman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
