She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Goldie Melinda Strickland Johnson; her daughters, Gina Pittman and Jonnie Lynne Tatum; and her grandchildren, Amy Tatum and Josh Sapp.

She is survived by: her son Jason Sapp of Blackshear. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives.
