She is survived by: her husband David Culpepper; her daughter Candy Cummins (Howard) of Orange Park, FL; her granddaughter Brooke Bozek (Mickey) of Guyton, GA; her great grandchildren, Layla, Hazel and Savannah Bozek of Guyton, GA; her siblings, Joyce Allen (Ronnie) of Tampa, FL, Ray Howell (Rhonda) of Blackshear and Don Howell of Blackshear; and her sister-in-law Jeanette Howell of Blackshear. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
