With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Thrift of Blackshear, Georgia, who passed away on February 7, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Riley and Mary Jewel Mock Thrift. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda (David Cash), Lynn Thrift of San Antonio, TX and Kelly (Rodney Bowen); his siblings, Dartha Nell Hodge (Rommie) of Pensacola, FL, Charles Thrift of Alma, Casper Thrift (Gonzela) of Hoboken and Ray Thrift of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Jessica Cline (Jared), Adam Cash (Rachel), Beau Blount, Brody Bowen (Kimberly) and Laney Bradshaw (Derrick); and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Henry, Hollis Cline, Savannah Kate, Wyatt Cash, Kami, Jeb Bowen and Landree Bradshaw. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
