He is survived by: his sons, Zachary Head (Shay) of Brantley Co, Robert Codey Spradley (Brooke) of Las Vegas and Joseph Spradley of Jacksonville; his mother Barbra Anna Keene Spradley of Nahunta; his siblings, Rebecca Barnett (Frankie) of Blackshear, Amanda Groover (Seymour) of Browntown, William Keene of Jesup, Gerald Keene of Brantley County and Daniel Keene (Tonya) of Camden Co; and his grandchildren, Dae Head, Kaden Head and Wesley Head. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
