He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Rudolph Popham, Sr. and Mary Louise Kirton Popham; his son Joey Popham; his granddaughter Kaley Hutto; and his siblings, Annette Popham Bowen, Darlene Popham, William Langford Hedgepath Jr., Winford Ansel Popham, Dorsey Elton Popham and Phillip Edward Popham.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Sue Wall Popham; his children, Connie Moore (Kevin) of Blackshear, GA, Mark Popham (Renee) of Blackshear, GA, Diane Davis (Thomas) of Mershon, GA and Gina Hutto (Mike) of Aiken, SC; his brothers, Dan Russell Popham, Sr. (Elaine) of Blackshear, GA and John Allen Popham, Sr. (Kaye); his grandchildren, Austin Moore, Ashton Cumbee (Jason), Autumn Murphy (Scott), Aaron Moore (Destiny), TJ Davis, Drew Davis (Hannah), Breanna Popham, Brandon Popham, Lexie Popham, Brooke Hutto, Maci Hutto and Jodi Hutto; and his great grandchildren, Coburn Murphy, Cora Beth Murphy, Laney Rhea Moore, Olivia Davis, Harper Kate Davis, Madeline Davis and Lincoln Davis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
