He is survived by: his wife Eula B. Ingalls of Blackshear; his children, Jack Neel Ingalls, Jr. (Janie) of Satellite Beach, FL, Christopher Dale Ingalls of Waycross, David Keith Ingalls (Kim) of Blackshear, Quillan Derek Crosby of St. Augustine, FL and Kymm Darren Crosby of San Francisco, CA; and his sister Bonnie Stearns of Tulsa, OK.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
