Inez Riggins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Inez Riggins of Blackshear, Georgia, who passed away on April 2, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earic and Ether O'Quinn Lee; her siblings, Lottie Lee Howell, Leaster Lee, W. Emory Lee, John P. Lee and Everette Lee; and her brothers-in-law, Marcus Holland, Delmor Haynes, Arnold DePratter and Sammy Harris.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Ragsdale Steuver of Blackshear; her granddaughters, Jennifer Caldwell (Joe) of Knoxville, TN and Stephanie Carter (Hugh) of Blackshear; her great grandchildren, Laura Michelle Caldwell, Isabella Marie "Izzy" Caldwell, Jordan Frey Carter and Abbigail Rose Carter; her sisters, Eugenia "Jeanie" Haynes of Waycross, Marlene Harris of Blackshear and Amy L. Holland of Richmond Hill; her sister-in-law Debbie Lee of Blackshear; and also Melissa Thigpen of Blackshear. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Due to COVID-19, social distancing guidelines as well as the use of facemasks are strongly encouraged.
