He is survived by: his wife Edith Tucker Courson of Blackshear; his daughter Geraldine Vick of Jacksonville, FL; his brothers, J. Hugh Courson (Betty) of Palatka, FL, Johnny Courson (Barbara) of Blackshear and Dennis Courson of Blackshear; his sister-in-law Shirley Courson of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Dennis Drott (Lori), Danielle Johnson (David), Jan Cumming, Amber Petti and A. J. Palmatier; and his great grandchildren, Ava Drott, Aly Drott and Emma Lou Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
