He is survived by: his wife Scarlet Cade Dell of Blackshear; his children, Tina Howard (Craig) of Blackshear, April Dell of Blackshear, Joseph Dell (Amber) of Blackshear, Noah Dell of Blackshear and Nathan Dell of Blackshear; his mother Carolyn Kay Boyles Dell of Waycross; his siblings, Pamela Bullard (David) of Waycross, Randy Dell (Dianne) of Waycross, Chris Dell (Pam) of Waycross and Kyle Dell of Waycross; and his grandchildren, Eli Howard, Cason Dell, Abby Dell, Addison Dell, Jeremiah Dell and Olivia Dell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
