It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Miller of Blackshear, Georgia, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellon Ardis and Estellel Griffin Powers; her daughters-in-law, Sheila Miller and Jamie Singleton; and her brothers, J. L. Powers and Johnny Ray Powers.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Miller of Blackshear; her children, Deborah Brooks of Jacksonville, Timmy R. Brooks of Blackshear, David E. Brooks of Blackshear, Keith Miller (Donna) of Waycross, Chuck Miller (Shannon) of Blackshear and Wade Miller of Blackshear; her sister Malinda Childs of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Jaxon David Brooks, Chase Miller, Amber Brown, Kyler Miller (Matt) and Claire Miller; and her great grandchild Lacy Elizabeth Brown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
