She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Collins and Maggie McRae Collins; her husband Lloyd Joseph Harrell, Sr.; her former husband George H. Turnipseed; her children, Patricia Ann Garza, Tracy Grover and Terry Turnipseed; and her stepdaughter Katherine "Kathy" Gross.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Lloyd J. Harrell, Jr. of Elberton, GA and Yvonne K. Gerdon of Tampa, FL; her brother George Collins, Jr. (Burrell) of Mullins, SC; her daughter-in-law Nancy Turnipseed of Columbia, SC; and her sisters-in-law, Katherine Summers and Earlene Allen of Brunswick, GA.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
