He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Ezra and Minnie Watson Williams; his wife Frances Strickland Williams; his sisters, Margaret Godwin and Rozella Anderson; his half-siblings, Layman Williams, Linton Earl Williams, Nathan Lyndahl Williams, Ineeta Williams Brewton, Unalee Williams Anderson, Ruth Kicklighter and Gladys Bevill; and his nephew Odean Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Luke (Travis) of Blackshear, Lewis Williams (Rhonda) of Blackshear, Sonia Crawford of Blackshear and Nathan Williams (Krystal) of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Brandie Lee (Kevin) of Blackshear, Emilie Harrell of Jacksonville, Justin Luke (Andrea) of Oak Ridge, TN, Matthew Williams (Kalin) of Blackshear, Jacob Williams (Megan Hall) of Blackshear, Brian Crawford (Amy Tomlinson) of Albany, Megan Crawford of Blackshear, Clay Williams (Chelsea) of Waynesboro, GA, Ryan Kemp of Blackshear and Trent Williams of Blackshear; his sisters, Velma Williams of Blackshear, Llene Deal of Blackshear, Joyce Hyers of Brunswick and Katherine Bohannon of Blackshear; and his brother-in-law Clinton Godwin of Blackshear. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
