He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Turk and Ethel Zoldie Turk; his son Gary Turk; and his siblings, Dr. Robert Turk, Paul Turk, Margaret Leone, Ethel Tobias, Helen Doyle and Madaline Jordan.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Joyce Turk of Blackshear; his son Dr. Eric Turk of Townsend, Montana; his daughter-in-law Gail Turk (British Columbia) of Victoria; his grandsons, Michael Turk of California and Joseph Turk of Virginia Beach, VA; his great grandchildren, Sophie Turk and Zoey Turk; and his brother Joseph Turk of New Jersey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
