He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Sara Leona Hartley Blair; his wife Barbara Ann Varnadore Blair; his grandson Cody Wayne Blair; and his siblings, Rudolph Blair, Raymond Blair, Mildred Baty, Myrtle Blair, Louise Brasher and Patricia Larson.
He is survived by: his children, Robert L. Blair of Blackshear, John Michael Blair of Blackshear and Elizabeth Bradham (John Jr.) of Blackshear; his grandchildren, John Michael Blair, Jr. of Jacksonville, Ashley Nicole Blair of Jacksonville, Joshua Thomas Blair of Jacksonville, Allyson Blair of Blackshear, Aaron Donald Blair of Blackshear and Matthew Bradham of Blackshear; and his great grandchild Hayden Thigpen of Blackshear. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
