He was predeceased by: his parents, William Winters "Bill" Kemp, Jr. and Marguerite Geiger Kemp. He is survived by: his son William Winters "J. B."; his grandchildren, William Kemp of Kingsland and Abigail Kemp of Kingsland; his sister Diane; and his brother-in-law Dale Blake of St. Petersburg. He is also survived by many cousins and other relatives.
