She was predeceased by: her spouse Sherwood Serfass; and her siblings, Richard Albert O'Neal, Spencer O'Neal and Elizabeth O'Neal Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Spencer Albert O'Neal and Ruby Mcbee O'Neal; her sons, Kevin Serfass (Carla) of Blackshear, GA, David Serfass of Jacksonville, FL and Danny Lawrence (Lisa) of Waycross, GA; and her sister Mary Emma O'Neal of Florida. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
