He is survived by: his children, Rachel Butterfield, Kendra Merrick, Terry Small, Billy Small, April Profenno and Lesia Small; and his close friends, Patrick, Diane Colvin of New York and Melany Nichols of Blackshear. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
