He was predeceased by: his father James Clinton Rowell, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Kirkland Rowell of Waycross; his siblings, Scott Rowell (Lora) of Waycross, Shannon O'Steen (Rickey) of Woburn, MA and Beverly Inman (Billy) of Blackshear; his nieces and nephews, Constance Hand (David), Candace Sowell (Jordan), April O'Steen, Bryce O'Steen (Courtney), Travis O'Steen (Destany), Caitlin Rowell, Jarrett Rowell, Blake James (Bailey) and Will Inman; and his great-nephew Derin-Lee James Mari.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Music Funeral Home (1503 Tebeau St, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
