She was predeceased by: her father Eddie Willie; her husband Dolphus Welch; her sons, Thomas "Tony" Williams and Ellis Gregory Jacobs; her granddaughter Cheyenne Jacobs; and her brothers, James M. Jacobs, Curtis M. Jacobs, Oscar B. Jacobs and William C. Jacobs.

She is survived by: her children, Marion Dale Jacobs of Blackshear and Alexis Moore of Blackshear; her granddaughter Bridgette Myers of Blackshear; her great grandchildren, Jayda Jacobs, Lauren Mitchell, Lariah Jacobs and Landon Jacobs; her sister Katherine Jacobs Rogers of Blackshear; her nieces, Katrina Rogers of Blackshear, Monica Rogers of Blackshear and Eboni Rogers of Blackshear; her daughter-in-law Debra Jacobs of Blackshear; her granddaughter Toni Trody (Myra) of Stone Mountain, GA; her sister-in-law Faye Jacobs of Blackshear; her aunt Francis Jacobs of Blackshear; and her stepchildren, Myra Miller of Blackshear, Mike Welch (Pastor Cynthia) of Blackshear, Dolphus Welch Jr. (Pastor Jackie) of Blackshear, Wallace Welch (Jean) of Blackshear and Margie Taylor of Blackshear. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
