It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Sharpe Jr. (Blackshear, Georgia), who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Earl and Debra Gail Eason Sharpe, Sr.; his children, Macie Rae Griffin and Brenson Earl Jernigan; and his sister Brenda Gail Shape.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Jernigan Sharpe of Donaldsonville; his children, Maggie (Jamie Mackey), Maceyla Victoria Griffin of Waycross, Vallory Robin Stokes of Donaldsonville, Nathan Gage Sharpe of Blackshear and Matthew Zane Sharpe of Donaldsonville; his sister Ann; his brother-in-law Andy Roberson of Mershon; his brother Jerome; his sister-in-law Nikki Sharpe of Mershon; his grandmother Ophelia Sharpe of Mershon; and his grandson Daniel Mackey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
