O'Neal, III of Blackshear; his stepchildren, Mollie Tippins of Blackshear and Tucker Tippins (Brandy) of Blackshear; his mother Juanita Dixon O'Neal Boatright of Blackshear; his sister Tammy O'Neal of Blackshear; his mother-in-law JoAnn Tippins of Blackshear; his brother-in-law Bobby Tippins (Cassy) of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Raife O'Neal, Jase O'Neal, Cade O'Neal, Raylon O'Neal, Reid O'Neal and Oakley Tippins; and his nephew Mason Tippins (Laci) of Blackshear. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
