He is survived by: his fiancée Janice Cooley of Blackshear; his brother Robert "Bob" Best; his sister-in-law Dr. Julia Johnson of North Hero, VT; his nephews, Scott Best (Kristine) and Michael L. Best (Namsuk); and his great-nieces, Kameryn Best, Lauryn Best and Minah Best. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
