He is survived by: his son Danny Lamar "Toby" Chancey, Jr. of Savannah; his grandchildren, Nicholas Chancey (Lauren) of Waycross, Lana Chancey of Waycross, Courtney Harris of Waycross, Ashley Jones of Waycross and Gunter Chancey of Maryland; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Sills, Karsyn Dodd, Neveah Johnson, Levi Norman and Brayden; and his siblings, Riley Chancey of Blackshear, Karl Chancey (Tonya) of Blackshear, Timmy Chancey of Blackshear, Susan Cardwell of Waycross, Carol Ann Chancey of Hinesville, Virginia Ann Chancey of Florida, Karen Walker of Alma, Kevin Cobb of Savannah and Betty Ann Ternest of Atlanta. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home (210 Johnson St, Blackshear, GA 31516). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel (210 Johnson St, Blackshear, GA 31516).
