It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Reeves of Blackshear, Georgia, born in Vero Beach, Florida, who passed away on May 17, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Joel and Shirley Ann Goodman Reeves; his former wife Frances Reeves; his siblings, Krissy Weaver and Emanuel Joel Reeves; and his grandsons, Mason West and Justin James.
He is survived by: his wife Alene Driggers Reeves of Blackshear; his children, Anita Albritton of Waycross, Danielle Sapp of Waycross, Carl West (Samantha) of Blackshear, Jay West of Blackshear and John Paul Van Winkle of Reidsville; his siblings, Robert Reeves (Becky) of Mississippi, Wendy Bates (Tom) of Iowa, Wayne Reeves (Gayla) of Jesup, Karen Elliott (Heath) of Donalsonville, Lee Lee Lambert (Peggy) of Donalsonville and Curtis Lambert of Albany; and his daughter Laila James (Kevin) of Waycross. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
