He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Beulah Mae West Manders; his wife Norma Jean Sharpe Manders; and his siblings, Earl Manders, Lucy Rodriquez, James Manders, Roy Manders, Eugene Manders, Paul Manders, Eunice Pittman, Eula Mae Miller, Bernice Murray, Vera Ruth Norman and Katie Goble.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Rudd (Robbin) of Waycross, Amy Chancey (Chuck) of Waycross and Kevin Manders (Angela) of Blackshear; his nephew Darien Manders (Cherrie) of Bristol; his siblings, Katherine Carter, Susie Kurtz of Valdosta, Annette Manders of Marietta, GA and Johnnie Manders (Vernell) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Shelly McDaniel (Dwayne), Chris Rudd, Weston Manders (Sheena), Luke Manders, Kellyn Nobregas (Dylan), Dylan Chancey and Brandon Chancey; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Corbin, Aaron, Ashton, Jensen and Isla. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
