It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Griffin of Blackshear, Georgia, born in Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on June 14, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Willard and Blanche McKenneth Davis. She is survived by: her husband Talmadge A. Griffin of Blackshear; her daughters, Amanda Griffin Thrift (Jeffrey) of Lakeland, Linda Griffin of Savannah and Brenda Bibee (Jason) of Bluffton, SC; her grandchildren, Jackson Matthew Bibee, Brooke McKennah Bibee and Ian Carter Berry; her sisters, Ann Eason of Waycross, Marie Giberson of Auburndale, FL and Becky Bolden of Blackshear; and her nieces and nephews, Samantha Bennett and Tracy Reid. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
