He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert E. Rollins and Peggy Anne Rollins; his sister Mary Ellen Rollins; and his grandson Lewis-Moore. He is survived by: his children, Calvin Rollins, Jr. of Cincinnati, Kimberly Ann Rollins of Blackshear and Rebecca Lee Logan of Waycross, Georgia; his grandchildren, Benjamin Skinner, Cody Bennett, Sophia Skinner, Dominick Skinner, Blake Double, Mia Double, Emma Double and Jasper Logan; and his siblings, Margaret Brendle of Jacksonville, Florida, Dennis Rollins (Susan) of Jacksonville and Mark Rollins of Apple Valley, California. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
