He was predeceased by: his parents, Collin Greene Shelton, Sr. and Vivian Williams Shelton; and his brother Sam Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Shelton of Blackshear; his children, Col. Collin Greene "Bo" Shelton, III (Karyn) of Dallas, GA and Ashley Hurst (Jerrod) of Cartersville, GA; his stepsons, Kevin Strickland (Yvette) of Cummings, GA and Brian Strickland (Frankie) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Eryn Hanes (Jerry) of Brentwood, TN, Zach Shelton of Sadieville, KY, Jamie Strickland of Cumming, GA, Michael Strickland of Cumming, GA and Ethan Strickland of Waycross; and his sister Gretchen Thompson of Atlanta. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends and other relatives.
