She was predeceased by : her parents, James Durward and Carolyn Dawson Harris of Wyoming; and her brother Gene King. She is survived by : her husband David Underwood of Blackshear; her stepdaughter Jennifer Marshall of Homerville; and her sons, Donald Rogers of Homerville, Andrew McBee of Blackshear and Brandon McBee of Waycross. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pearson-Dial Chapel (659 Main St, Blackshear, GA 31516). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 5:00 PM at the High Bluff Cemetery.
