He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Nipper of Alma, Tammy Nipper of Blackshear, Gloria Johnson (Keith) of Nicholls, Angel Meeks (Lee) of Nicholls, Hunter Nipper of Blackshear, Lance Nipper of Blackshear and Michael Carter (Maria) of Marion, S. C.; his siblings, James Nipper of Alma, Ronnie Nipper (Sheryl) of Baxley, Betty Hood of Alma and Ann Bazemore (Danny) of Alma; and his close friend Gail Nipper of Alma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
