With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Archie Jones Sr. of Blackshear, Georgia, born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on November 21, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Harry and Hazel Agnes Thomas Jones; his son Archie Norris "Scooter" Jones, Jr.; and his sisters, Harriet Sanz and Cozett Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Jones of Blackshear; his sons, Timothy Jones (April) of Dixie Union, Neil Jones (Arlene) of Blackshear and Jonathan Jones (Angel) of Blackshear; his daughter-in-law Linda Jones of Waycross; and his brother Nolan Jones (Debbie) of Dover, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
