He is survived by: his wife Louise Johnson Rowell of Blackshear; his sons, Alvin (Inez Rowell) and John David (Janis Rowell); his siblings, Winna Lee Miller of Hortense and Rev. Carlton Rowell (Cathy) of Surrency; his sister-in-law Betty Rowell of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Christi (Robbie Berry), Tracy (Jody Gill), Scarlett Rowell and Matthew Rowell; his great grandchildren, Mallan Gill, Reese Gill, Zane Gill, Brianna Wells (Devin), Caitlin Rowell, Millie Rowell and A. K. Rowell; and his great great grandchild Wes Wells. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
