She was predeceased by: her parents, Winton A. Powers and Ida Mae Walker Powers; and her siblings, George A. Powers, Robert V. Powers, Winton A. Powers, Jr., Lawton A. Powers, Clyde O. Powers, Alfred D. Powers, Ralph W. Powers and Cora B. Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Waters (Donna) of Waycross and Mysti Sapp of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Bradi Sykes (Peyton) of Austin, Skylar Waters (Khalil Khutaba) of Lawrenceville, Kelby Waters of Windsor, CO, Weston Sapp of Blackshear and Danielle Collins (Brad) of Waycross; her great grandchildren, Ben and Luke Collins; her sisters-in-law, Pat Durrance (Wayne) of Glennville, GA and Jurell Wainwright of Baxley; her nephew Bob Powers (Cynthia) of Houston, TX; and her nieces, Genia Zipara (Dan) of Jacksonville, FL and Angie Adkins (Charlie) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
