He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Vincent Lally. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pittman Lally; his children, Lacy Elizabeth Lally and James Vincent Lally; his mother Elizabeth Reilly Lally; his sisters, Tina McDonald, Teri Blackmon and Re O'Rourke; and his sister-in-law Brenda Elwell (Kevin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
