He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Kepler and Mildred Kepler of Milroy; and his granddaughter Sarah Katherine Barnhart. He is survived by: his brother Phillip Paul Kepler of Wenatchee, WA; and his children, Kimberly May Hill (Nicholas) of Watkinsville, GA, Katherine Kepler Barnhart (Alan) of Memphis, TN and Phillip Troy Kepler of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and Rusty, his faithful companion.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Washington United Methodist Church, 6365 Corbly Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45230, where he was an active member for over 31 years or to your favorite organization.
