She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Grover Sexton and Corrine Bell Miller Sexton; and her husband Roscoe W. Carter. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Davis, Sharon Bourne (David) and Barbara Smith (Richard); and her sister Mary Nell Dellinger. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
