With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Bowen of Big Canoe, Georgia, born in Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on August 1, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Guy and Pearlie Mae Guy; her husband David D. Bowen; and her siblings, Juanita Collins and Jimmy Guy.

She is survived by : her sons, David D. Jr. (Tammy Bowen), Derek (Michelle Bowen) and Big Canoe; and her grandchildren, Mikayla, Colby Kitterman, Ethan Bowen and Brightyn Bowen.
