With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Winslow Howe of Big Canoe, Georgia, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 22, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Howe and Louise E. Howe; and his stepson Andrew Turner. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jones Turner; his stepdaughter Stacey E. Fishburne (Chad) of Los Angeles; his stepgranddaughter Amanda King; and his brothers, Douglas E. Howe (Carla) of Reno, NV and Stephen B. Howe (Jane) of Marion, MA.
